Is SamePaige private? Can my manager read my journal entries?
Yes — and no, your manager cannot read your journal entries. Journal entries are private by default, never visible to managers, never used to train AI models, and never accessible to Paige. Only mood ratings and anything you explicitly mark as shared appear in aggregated dashboards.
What's the difference between SamePaige and an employee engagement survey?

Paige is the SamePaige AI assistant for managers. You can ask Paige plain-English questions about your team ("who has been trending down this month?", "what themes are coming up?") and get tool-grounded answers based on shared check-in data only. Paige cannot read private journals.
Is my company's data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models — ours or any third party's. AI processing happens through model providers under contracts that prohibit training on customer data.
Does SamePaige support SSO and SAML?
SSO and SAML are available on the Enterprise plan. Email and Slack auth are available on every plan.
What happens after my 14-day free trial?
